Aligned Founders Retreat is a catalytic in-person experience for values-led founders to gain clarity, deepen connection, and make meaningful decisions in a grounded, high-trust setting. It is designed to support insight, alignment, and next-step momentum.
The retreat is the catalyst: an immersive experience that helps you clarify what matters most and what comes next. The Inner Circle is the ongoing community for Aligned Founders graduates, designed to help you maintain momentum, carry forward your decisions, and stay connected between gatherings. The Mastermind Community is a separate pathway and stepping stone, distinct from the retreat and Inner Circle.
The Mastermind Community exists for founders ready to build steady momentum, at a rhythm that meets them right where they are. It serves founders early in turning their offer into consistent income, and those who want a supportive monthly circle before stepping into the immersive depth of the Retreat. Members begin with Seed, and many go on to apply for the Retreat once they are ready for that deeper season of transformation.
You can join the Mastermind Community through its separate application or registration process. New members begin with the Seed membership, with a monthly rhythm that feels right for you: $19, $97, or $197.
Only graduates of Aligned Founders Retreat are eligible to be invited into the Inner Circle, our ongoing community for continued support, connection, and momentum.
The retreat is designed to create clarity; the 30-day integration period supports you in embodying what you learned and making aligned decisions in real time. Eligible graduates may then be invited into the Inner Circle, where the community continues beyond the retreat through shared support and connection.
Your deposit secures your place, and refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel. Full details are on our Privacy & Terms page.
Participation is by application and invitation only. After your call, you'll receive a manual deposit invoice by email with a linked PDF of the Retreat Booking Agreement. Paying the deposit secures your spot in the Sedona Retreat cohort. If the Mastermind Community is the better next step, you'll be invited to apply through the Mastermind link in the footer, or hear from Elizabeth or Jessica directly about joining Seed with a $55 credit for two months free to start.
